Intended Use

The Toxoplasma Gondii Antibody Rapid Test Kit is used to qualitative detection the toxoplasma gondii (TOXO) antibody in  whole blood/serum/plasma sample of canine and feline, and is used for the screening and auxiliary diagnosis of toxoplasma gondii infection.

Principle

The Toxoplasma Gondii Antibody Rapid Test Kit uses rapid immunochromatography technology to qualitative detection toxoplasma gondii antibody in whole blood/serum/plasma of canine and feline. After the diluted sample is dropped into the sample well, if TOXO antibody is present in the sample, it will bind specifically to the colloidal gold labeled recombinant protein to form a complex that moves along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the TOXO antigen coated on the membrane, showing a red line on the detection line (T). If there is no TOXO antibody in the sample, no red lines will form at the detection line (T). Regardless of negative or positive results, the C line should be colored, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
