INTRODUCTION

This kit uses immunochromatography technology to qualitatively detect TOXO IgM Antibody in human serum, plasma. It is suitable for the early aid of TOXO infection diagnosis and screening.

INTENDED USE

This kit is based on the principle of latex microsphere immunochromatography technology. TOXO-Ag is coated on T line on nitrocellulose membrane, and latex-labeled mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody is coated on conjugate pad . When the positive samples were detected, the IgM antibody of TOXO in the samples could combine with the latex-labeled mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody to form immune complexes. The complex and the samples flowed forward in the nitrocellulose membrane due to the chromatographic interaction. When the complex passes through the T-line, it binds to the coated TOXO-Ag and forms a latex microsphere-labeled mouse anti-human IgM monoclonal antibody-TOXO IgM antibody-TOXO antigen (detection area).

Regardless of the presence or absence of TOXO IgM antibody in the samples, the mixture continued to ascend to the quality control area (C), where the corresponding antibody reacted with the latex marker with a red band. The red band in the quality control area (C) is the criterion for determining whether the kit is effective or not.
