INTRODUCTION
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in human whole blood samples in vitro.
INTENDED USE
This test kit uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and the principle of double antibody sandwich method to quantitatively detect the proportion of HbAlc in human blood. During the test, add the sample to be tested to the sample extraction buffer and mix well, drop the mixed sample into the sample hole of the test card, the HbAlc in the sample and the colloidal gold-labeled HbAlc coated on the gold-labeled pad. Combine. Under the action of chromatography, the reaction complex diffuses forward along the nitrocellulose membrane, and when the sample moves to the T-line, it binds to the Hb antibody coated on the T-line of the nitrocellulose membrane to form a purple-red colloidal gold In the band, the gold-labeled antibody that is not bound to HbAlc continues to chromatograph upward. When it moves to the C line, it specifically binds to the goat anti-mouse IgG in the C line, forming a purple-red colloidal gold strip. The HbAlc antigen concentration in the blood sample is positively correlated with the intensity of the band color.
