INTRODUCTION

This kit is used for qualitative detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen, IgG antibody and IgM antibody in human serum, plasma and whole blood samples in vitro, which plays an important role in the early diagnosis and treatment of dengue infection, and can assist in the diagnosis of dengue virus infection in clinical practice.

INTENDED USE

Dengue is caused by dengue virus (divided into four serotypes, DENV-1~4), transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, is an acute infectious disease, mostly in tropical and subtropical regions. The clinical types can be divided into dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome. The disease spreads rapidly and the main clinical manifestations include fever, headache, generalized muscle and joint pain, extreme fatigue, rash, lymph node enlargement, and leukopenia.Patients infected with dengue virus for the first time generally have mild clinical manifestations, which can be asymptomatic recessive infection, or mild, typical dengue fever. When they are infected with dengue virus again, the condition is more serious, and the probability of clinical dengue hemorrhagic fever and shock syndrome is increased, and the fatality rate is high. It is an infectious disease with serious harm.
