INTENDED USE

This kit uses specific antigen-antibody reaction and colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to quantitatively detect the content of CRP in human serum, plasma and whole blood samples. The gold-labeled pad on the CRP test card contains colloidal gold-labeled CRP monoclonal antibodies. The nitrocellulose membrane is coated with CRP monoclonal antibody on the detection line, and the quality control line is coated with goat anti-chicken IgY.

During the test, when the sample containing CRP is added to the sample hole of the test card, under the action of chromatography, the sample moves to the end of the absorbent paper, passes through the gold-labeled pad, and specifically binds to the gold-labeled antibody in it, and continues Move to the absorbent paper end. When the sample moves to the T-line, the CRP bound with the gold-labeled antibody in the sample specifically binds to the coated antibody in the T-line in a double-sandwich manner, and stays at the position of the T-line, thereby forming a purple-red colloidal gold strip . The gold-labeled antigen (chicken IgY) that has not been combined with CRP continues to chromatograph upwards. When it moves to the C line, it binds to the goat anti-chicken IgY in the C line and forms a purple-red colloidal gold strip.
