Intended Use

REAGEN This kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of Procalcitonin (PCT)，Cardiac Troponin I ( cTnI ) and high-sensitivity C-reactive Protein (hs-CRP) in human whole blood, serum and plasma samples in vitro.

Principle

This kit uses specific antigen-antibody reaction and colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to detect the content of cTnI/PCT/hs-CRP in human serum and plasma samples. The gold-labeled pad on the cTnI/PCT/hs-CRP test card contains colloidal gold-labeled cTnI/PCT/hs-CRP monoclonal antibodies. The nitrocellulose membrane is coated with cTnI/PCT/hs-CRP monoclonal antibody on the detection line, and the quality control line is coated with goat anti-mouse IgG. During the test, when the sample containing cTnI/PCT/hs- CRP is added to the sample hole of the test card, under the action of chromatography, the sample moves to the end of the absorbent paper, passes through the gold-labeled pad, and specifically binds to the gold-labeled antibody in it, and continues Move to the absorbent paper end. When the sample moves to the T-line, the cTnI/PCT/hs-CRP bound to the gold  labeled antibody in the sample specifically binds to the coated antibody in the T-line in a double-sandwich manner, and stays at the position of the T-line, thereby forming a purple-red colloidal gold strip. The gold-labeled antibody that is not bound to cTnI/PCT/hs-CRP continues to chromatograph upward, and when it moves to the C line, it specifically binds to the goat anti-mouse IgG in the C line, and also forms a red colloidal gold strip.
