Product Description
REAGEN This kit is used for in vitro quantitative detection of 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D3 content in human serum and plasma. 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D3 can promote the absorption of vitamin D’s unique role of calcium. That is, it induces the synthesis of calcium protein in the small intestine. At the same time, 1,25-dihydroxy D3 is sent to the bones to promote calcium concentration.
Principles of the Procedure
REAGEN When the sample to be tested is added to the sample hole of the test card, the 25-OHVD3 in the sample combines with the antibody of 25-OHVD3 to form a fluorescent particle-antibody-antigen complex. The immune complex is then chromatographed along the nitrocellulose membrane to the detection area (T), combined with the pre-coated 25-OHVD3-BSA conjugate, and its fluorescence intensity is inversely proportional to the content of 25-OHVD3 in the sample. The anti-IgY fluorescent antibody particles are chromatographed to the quality control area (C) and combined with the pre-coated chicken IgY.
